I'm glad you had a good experience and he helped , but what you describe is not clinical depression. It doesn't life in two hours. And one should never speak of depression generally as Jeff does based merely on one's own experience. Just because he didn't accept anything for his services, doesn't make his advie sound. I hope you don't experience actual, clinical depression of any severity.
